As a result of 17 years of research, the scientist from Uzbekistan created a new variety of peanut "Leader". This was reported by the information service of the Ministry of Agriculture.

It is noted that Makhfurat Amanova, professor of the Faculty of Fruit, Vegetable and Viticulture of Tashkent State Agrarian University, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, has been conducting a number of scientific researches for 17 years to create a new type of peanut. As a result of the research, the scientist was able to create the "Leader" variety of peanut, which can meet the demands of the world market and local farmers' farms, with early maturity, high yield, large red seeds, high oil and protein content in the seeds, and It was entered into the state register.

In a word, "Leader" grade peanuts can fully compete with American, Indian and Chinese varieties. In addition, it is important that the yield of this variety is 6.5 tons.
