NASA head Sean Daffy informed the International Astronautical Congress of the United States plans for the Moon.
According to him, until 2035, it is envisaged that a whole village will be built on the moon so that a person can live permanently. This base is built from materials found on the surface of the Moon, is energized through a nuclear reactor and receives astronauts regularly.

In February 2026, the “Artemida-2 " mission will take place. In it, astronauts fly around the moon for 10 days. This will happen for the first time since 1972 and will serve as a preparation for the 2027 moon landing. NASA is also working to land man on Mars as a long-term target.
