The UN Congress on Crime will be held in Uzbekistan in 2031.

Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, participated in and addressed the 15th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, currently being held in Abu Dhabi.
Approximately 5,000 delegates are attending the congress, which runs from September 26 to October 1. Discussions focus on combating transnational crime, terrorism, drug trafficking, corruption, and environmental offenses, as well as on child protection and strengthening the rule of law.
The congress's final declaration supported the initiative to host the next congress in Uzbekistan in 2031. Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that this decision serves as a symbol of the international trust placed in Uzbekistan.
