A 24/7 mode of budget payments was introduced between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Central Bank through the Single Treasury Account. This was reported by the ministry. In this, receipts, tax revenues and receipts of payments made by citizens and the implementation of expenses are provided online 24/7, regardless of weekends and holidays, morning or night. This, in turn, creates an opportunity to see the payments paid by the population in the relevant budget organizations in a timely manner. For example, contract payments paid after 17:00 on a Saturday or bank working day will also be ensured to be credited to the relevant university personal treasury accounts. At the same time, budget payments are made in this order.
