The draft government decision "On additional measures aimed at improving the quality of services provided to the population through the widespread introduction of modern information technologies into the process of paying state pensions" was published.

According to the document, from November 1, 2023, pensions and allowances in the form of cash will be issued after confirmation that the fingerprint data of citizens on special tablets are compatible by sending an electronic request to the Personalization Agency under the Ministry of Justice. payment system will be implemented.

In the mountainous and remote areas of the republic, due to internet speed or other problems, it is not possible to compare the fingerprints of the pensioner in electronic form, and when paying to another person through a power of attorney issued in the established order, pensions and allowances are paid in cash by signing the payment records. is increased.

The Ministry of Digital Technologies, the Ministry of Justice and the State Unitary Enterprise "Cybersecurity Center" in cooperation with the Central Bank:

The information systems of the personalization agency and the joint-stock company "Khalq Bank" are mutually integrated;
Khalq Bank provides practical assistance in purchasing special tablets with the ability to compare electronic fingerprint data of pensioners and pensioners.
It is noted that such changes are introduced in order to eliminate excessive bureaucratic obstacles in paying pensions to citizens, to create additional conveniences for the population, and to ensure targeted and targeted spending of funds.
