Earlier, it was reported that 18- and 20-year-old students were arrested in Tashkent when they killed a taxi driver and tried to escape with his car. The court verdict was read and one of the young men was sentenced to 7 years and the other to 6 years. The students said that they committed the murder because they were in debt and needed money, and they regretted what they had done.
