The State Program for the Development of Social Services in Azerbaijan until 2027 has been approved

The program provides for the creation of a unified mechanism for monitoring the activities of social service institutions.
 President Ilham Aliyev signed an order "On the approval of the State Program for the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2026."
According to the official website of the Azerbaijani leader, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population was instructed to coordinate the implementation of measures provided for by the state program, to inform the head of state on the progress of the state program every year.
Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the program will be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications.
The program provides for the creation of a unified mechanism for monitoring the activities of social service institutions.
To coordinate activities in the field of social services, a Coordinating Council will be created, consisting of authorized representatives of the relevant state bodies. In addition, according to the document, the legal framework regulating the sphere of social services will be improved.
