The share of the banker who was kidnapped in Paris has been reduced

Changes have been made to the list of shareholders of “Anorbank” and persons affiliated with the bank. The share of the bank’s main shareholder, Kahramonjon Olimov, has decreased from 99.38 percent to 49.38 percent. As a result, 400 million shares of the bank were transferred to other persons.
At the same time, the company Bekamin B.V., registered in the Netherlands, was included in the list of affiliated persons of “Anorbank” and became a major foreign shareholder with 400 million shares.

Earlier, on June 23, there were reports that 48-year-old businessman Kahramonjon Olimov, who was the sole owner of “Anorbank” at that time, was kidnapped in Paris. The bank's official statement emphasized that this incident is not related to personal or corporate activities, and does not affect the bank's operational activities and financial stability.
