The scale of subsidies for solar panels is expanding in Uzbekistan
According to the Tax Committee, in the first quarter of 2026, more than 73.9 billion soums in subsidies were paid to citizens who installed solar panels in Uzbekistan.
The largest portion of the subsidies was distributed among the following regions:
Bukhara region – 16.5 billion soums;
Khorezm region – 13.3 billion soums;
Kashkadarya region – 9.1 billion soums.
Subsidies can be transferred to a bank card via the "Soliq" mobile app using the "Transfer to Card" window in the "Quyoshli Xonadon" (Sunny House) section. Additionally, under the "Quyoshli Xonadon" program, more than 209 billion soums in subsidies were provided to citizens in 2025.
