Kazakhstan has also developed 24 educational programs of advanced training courses for teachers of preschool organizations.Starting from September 1, 2023, the salary of over 97 thousand Kazakhstani teachers will increase by another 30%, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports. The department recalled that from January 2020 to January 2023, the salary of educators increased by 25% annually. The annual increase in teachers' salaries, carried out thanks to the support of the head of state, has a positive effect. In order to strengthen the personnel potential of the preschool education system by improving the system of their training, advanced training and certification, improving social status and wages, the Ministry is conducting systematic work. The concept of development of preschool, secondary, technical and vocational education for 2023-2029 has been adopted. 24 educational programs of advanced training courses for teachers of preschool organizations have been developed. Mobile groups have been created at the methodological offices to provide methodological assistance to teachers of preschool education and training," said Natalia Zhumadildaeva, Director of the Department of the Ministry of Defense. According to her, 39 universities and 119 colleges train specialists in preschool education and training. Colleges, together with preschool organizations, develop educational programs based on the professional standard "Teacher", taking into account regional peculiarities and independently update curricula and plans. The qualification requirements for pedagogical colleges have been revised. In total, more than 20 thousand teachers of preschool education will take advanced training courses this year," the representative of the Ministry of Education said. Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Labor raised the hourly payment to individual assistants of persons with disabilities.
