The Russian Air Force attacked Ukraine with rockets and drones

Russian forces fired one Iskander M ballistic missile and five X-59 guided missiles, as well as 12 Shahed-136/131 unmanned aerial vehicles. The Ukrainian military shot down two X-59 missiles and 11 drones. 

According to the military, an air defense system was deployed in the Krivograd, Poltava region and Khmelnytsky regions.

In the Poltava region, rocket fragments damaged several private houses, said Philip Pronin, head of the regional military administration. According to preliminary data, three people were injured in the attacks, including a 10-year-old child. They were hospitalized.

In the Dnepropetrovsk region, one of the missiles was shot down by the Military Operational Command “Vostok” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the other fell on the territory of the Dnieper region, said the head of the region Sergei Lisak. He did not cite any further details of the attack.
