The rules for the use of the subway in Uzbekistan have been approved

A government decision approved the” rules for the presence of passengers and other persons in the Metropolitan Area". 

According to him, the presence of a passenger in the Metropolitan Area and the conclusion of a contract for the transportation of his luggage are confirmed by the way ticket or by the indication of the appropriate document of persons who have the right to a privilege and free walking.

Passengers and other persons provide their luggage for inspection based on the legal request of employees of the internal affairs bodies. In this case, individuals who are suspected of being wanted persons, or who behave suspiciously in the process of being examined, may be subject to personal review in the manner prescribed by law.

Passengers and other persons will not be included in the metropolitan area if they refuse to undergo inspection based on the legal requirement of employees of the internal affairs bodies.

In metropolitan infrastructure facilities and security areas, the following are prohibited:

engage in all types of activities that require the use of flammable, explosive and pressure-operated devices;
and the construction and organization of related entertainment outlets;
collection, incineration of waste less than 25 meters from Metropolitan facilities, including above-ground ventilation activates
and the organization of campfires;
vehicles moving on gas fuel (equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system, with the exception of special open parking spaces under the structures of the trestle) and vehicles with increased flammable materials are placed under the structures of the trestle (parking lots).
The metropolitan area does not allow the following, including:

consumption or intoxicating access to alcohol, drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their analogues;
heated tobacco, e-cigarettes and nosvoy smoking;
being in the metropolitan area without shoes and without clothes;
access to the station is provided by passenger clothing, cargoes and items that may enter Metropolitan cars, facilities and facilities, as well as by bicycle (except for folding), moped, scooter and other means of movement;
on the territory of the station, performing acrobatic and sports exercises on the wagons, playing sports balls of various types.
Passengers have the following rights when using the metropolitan area, including:

carrying with them their children under 7 years of age, strollers for children and persons with disabilities, children's bicycles, musical instruments, as well as crates, cutters and easy-to-break items, hooks for sledding, skiing and fishing, placed in a heap, free of charge;
the use of the technical means of the metropolitan area (elevators, persons with disabilities carrying/lowering devices and other equipment) by persons with disabilities and with disabilities, obtaining assistance from the relevant personnel as needed;
amateur photo and video recording of stops;
according to its dimensions, 200 centimeters in terms of the sum of three measurements: width – 60 centimeters, length – 70 centimeters, height – 70 centimeters, free carrying of luggage.
