The ruble has risen in price in Tajikistan

In the foreign exchange market of Tajikistan, the price of the Russian ruble, which this year reached its lowest level in recent months, has been growing for two days

The National Bank of Tajikistan has announced the value of the somoni against various currencies.

So, according to the regulator's scoreboard, the price of the Russian ruble in the country's foreign exchange market has slightly increased, now 1000 rubles costs 114 somoni.

This is despite the fact that a day ago for a thousand rubles in Tajikistan they gave 111.5 somoni.

It is worth noting that in recent weeks, the Russian currency has reached its lowest level this year. However, due to the increase in the refinancing rate, it again tends to strengthen.

Recall that the Central Bank of Russia raised the refinancing rate from 8.5 to 12% to support the national currency.

After this action, the Russian ruble in Tajikistan rose by 5.5 points against the somoni.

At the same time, the US dollar's fortunes fell. If on the previous day 10.9605 somoni were given for every dollar, now it costs 10.9600 somoni.

The course of the "European" also fell. According to the National Bank, 11.96 is issued for one euro in the foreign exchange market.

As of August 16, the average selling rate of cash foreign currency in institutions of credit organizations in Tajikistan is set as follows:

1 dollar - from 10.9600 to 11.0000 somoni;

1 euro - from 11.9672 to 12.2500 somoni;

1 Russian ruble - from 0.1140 to 0.1185 somoni.
