In the financial market of Tajikistan, the value of the Russian ruble has lost stability in relation to the national currency - somoni

The National Bank of Tajikistan announced the value of the somoni against the currency.

The value of the Russian ruble on the republic’s foreign exchange market, according to the regulator’s scoreboard, has decreased.

According to the latest data, the price of 1000 rubles is 111.8 somoni.

A day earlier, such a volume of Russian currency could be purchased for 112 somoni.

It is worth noting that the ruble strengthened slightly in mid-August after the decision of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to increase the refinancing rate. However, this situation did not last long.

The European currency also depreciated. According to the National Bank, one euro on the foreign exchange market is sold for 11.7266 somoni. Meanwhile, before the weekend, the “European” exchange rate was set at 11.7374 somoni.

The US dollar also showed a decline. Now in the country they give 10.9603 somoni for one dollar.

As of September 11, the average rate for the sale of cash foreign currency in credit institutions of Tajikistan was set as follows:

1 dollar - 10.9603 to 11.0000 somoni;

1 euro - 11.7286 to 12.0500 somoni;

1 Russian ruble - 0.1118 to 0.1175 somoni.
