Failure to comply with the law of Tajikistan on the traditions of the celebration brought the owners of the famous restaurant great financial losses

Many violations were revealed in the Khujand restaurant "Yakkasaroy".

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Tajikistan.

It turned out that during the inspections the establishment did not follow the law regulating traditions and celebrations.

The department claims that the director of the restaurant in a number of cases conducted weddings of citizens without concluding a contract for the provision of services, which is an offense.

In addition, singers and presenters at celebrations in this establishment also provided services without signing the necessary documents.

A case of organizing a “son-in-law bow” in a restaurant was also revealed, which is a gross violation of the law.

“The guest, without concluding a contract for the provision of services, brought 72 people to the celebration,” the prosecutor’s office shared.

At the moment, administrative cases under Article 481 have been initiated against the director, administrator, singer, presenter and local resident who organized the “son-in-law bow”.

According to the legislation of Tajikistan, the director of the restaurant was fined 81.6 thousand somoni, the manager - 44.2 thousand, the presenter and singer - 51 thousand somoni.
