A one-time fee of 50% of BHM in Tashkent, 40% of BHM in regional centers, and 30% of BHM in districts (cities) is charged for providing state services on site or sending an application for using state services.
By the decision of the government, the administrative regulation of the provision of public services by going to places was approved.
State services are provided by contacting the Ministry of Justice's Contact Center ("Call-center") or its official website. Inquiries through the "Call-center" are received during working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. It can be applied at any time of the day through the official website.
The time of providing state services is determined within the working hours of state service centers (authorized body).
The call center representative fills out the questionnaire on behalf of the applicant and after confirming the information in the questionnaire, sends the payment invoice to the applicant. Then the responsible employee contacts the applicant by phone, goes to the place specified in the questionnaire and, using special technical devices (dactyloscopy installed on a tablet or computer, printer, etc.), provides public service or receives public services. submits an application for use (within the terms specified in the questionnaire).

Fees are not charged for the provision of public services to the elderly who need the help of others, persons with limited ability to move independently due to their health conditions, and persons with group I and II disabilities.
The Regulation does not apply to:
to issue a national driver's license;
to issue identification ID cards and biometric passports of citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens permanently residing in Uzbekistan, and stateless persons;
to provide state services for issuing a personal identification number of an individual.
