The presidential decision "On measures to effectively organize the implementation of the Law on Conflict of Interest" was adopted.

If close relatives of an employee of a state body or other organization are employed, or if persons related to him are involved in the employee's work on the basis of a civil-law contract, within one working day, he must fill out a notification in the prescribed form about the existing conflict of interests and is required to submit to his immediate supervisor or a special department. 

By the end of 2024, an electronic module will be launched on the E-anticor.uz electronic platform, which will enable the detection and online monitoring of situations related to conflicts of interest.

Also, it was determined that the persons who helped to identify the conflict of interest will receive 50% of the fine, and those who did not report the conflict of interest will be fined.
