The President reviewed the IT Park in Fergana

The President of our country ознакомился closely with the activities of the IT Park established in the city of Fergana and the opportunities created there.

This complex was built based on the instructions given during the President’s visit in August 2024, with an investment of 150 billion soums. The center can accommodate up to 200 users at a time and has the capacity to train more than 3,000 young people annually.

The IT Park features modern coworking spaces for programmers and freelancers, as well as fully equipped offices for resident companies. Educational, production, and service sectors are integrated and operate in harmony. This infrastructure creates opportunities for youth employment and enables them to earn independent income.

In recent years, the IT sector in the Fergana region has significantly developed: the volume of services has increased fourfold, and exports have exceeded 23 million dollars. Currently, the number of IT Park residents in the region has reached 139. In 2025 alone, IT service exports amounted to 22.7 million dollars.

In the future, plans include increasing the number of residents to 200, creating 700 new jobs, and raising export volumes to 30 million dollars. Additionally, it is planned to establish a hub specializing in artificial intelligence technologies and expand projects related to digitalization of management systems.

Furthermore, the center will offer modern training courses in artificial intelligence, programming, graphic design, computer literacy, and English. To support startups, venture financing, grants, and acceleration programs will also be introduced.

During the visit, the President spoke with IT Park residents and young professionals in the IT field, supporting their initiatives and ideas.
