The importance of further development of cooperation in electronics and electrical engineering, information technology, food industry, tourism, education and other areas, and the importance of expanding partnerships with leading Malaysian companies, especially petrochemical enterprises, was emphasized. Uzbekistan and Great Britain have established close cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and other prestigious international organizations. In the economic direction, the volume of mutual trade is increasing at a high rate. The head of Uzbekistan noted that our country is interested in the full realization of the huge untapped potential in the field of investments and innovations, and called for new opportunities in banking and finance, digital economy, "green" energy, geology, chemistry and other priority areas. proposed the implementation of joint projects. The recent visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Ashgabat, productive talks with the national leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov served to deepen the strategic partnership. - We have a huge potential to expand trade relations, strengthen cooperation in the economic sphere and implement specific projects, increase the volume of cargo transportation and transit, - said the leader of Uzbekistan.
