President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory letter to President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of his birthday.
The message noted that effective cooperation and close ties between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan in a variety of areas indicate a high level of bilateral relations. Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked Emomali Rahmon for his personal attention and great contribution to the development of interstate relations, the press service of the Tajik leader reports.
