The President made personnel changes in the judicial system

DECREE
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

On the release of judges

In accordance with Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, I decide:

1. To release Kholmatzod Safarali Kurbon from the position of a judge of the court of Khatlon region,
Kodirzoda Hasan Nurullo from the position of a judge of the court of Khatlon region,
Muhidinzoda Saifidin Saloh from the post of First Deputy Bokhtar City Court of Khatlon region in connection with the achievement of the age limit for serving as a judge.

2. Release Sadriddinzoda Nasrullo from the post of chairman of the Jabbor Rasulov district court of the Sughd region,
Kodirzoda Zafar Abdurahim from the position of a judge of the court of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region in connection with the commission of an act discrediting the honor and dignity of a judge.
