President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov today, October 20, congratulated the employees of the country's agro-industrial complex on their professional holiday.

"Dear employees of the agro-industrial complex,

I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday!

Animal husbandry and agriculture, which have been developing in Kyrgyzstan for decades, show that we are an agrarian country.

The contribution of agricultural workers, who create new ideas and favorable opportunities, contribute to the comprehensive development of this industry, is indisputable.

Agriculture has always been and remains one of the pillars of our state's economy, which opens new businesses, creates jobs and ensures the country's food security.

Today, priority areas for the development of such agricultural sectors as crop production, animal husbandry, fishing, the food industry, food security, import and export of agricultural products, and the introduction of innovative technologies are gradually being formed in our country. Public service systems for water management, forestry, veterinary medicine, mechanization, chemicalization, plant protection and quarantine, organic agriculture and its digitalization are being formed.

Understanding the importance of this sector, the state supports agriculture through programs such as "financing agriculture" and "lending to the agro-industrial complex", creating favorable conditions for farmers, farms and agricultural processors.

I hope that through joint efforts, introducing new technologies and standards in the production of agricultural products, stimulating exports and strengthening our country's position in foreign markets, we will be able to raise the agro-industrial complex to a higher level.
