The OSCE Secretary General presented certificates to the head of Turkmenistan about the city of Arkadag and the port of Turkmenbashi

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received on Thursday OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid, who during the meeting presented the head of state with a certificate on the accession of the city of Arkadag to the project "Development of sustainable, green, climate-friendly cities with innovative solutions in the region of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe" and EcoPorts certificate issued to the seaport of Turkmenbashi.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Helga Schmid on the opening of the new building of the OSCE Center in Ashgabat, expressing gratitude for the certificates, which confirm the country's effective cooperation with the OSCE on the environmental track.
