Shavkat Umurzakov, the acting mayor of Tashkent city, distributed the tasks of restoring the objects and areas damaged by the emergency to the hokims of 12 districts of the capital. This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent city administration.
In particular, apartment buildings No. 20 and No. 30 in the "Kurvukmir" district of the Sergeli district were attached to the Mirzo Ulugbek district for repair and restoration.
It was attached to Bektemir District No. 2 and 4, and to Yunusabad District No. 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 for repair and restoration of multi-story buildings.
Four families were placed in Anvar's guests hotel in Yakkasaray district due to the start of repair work on the damaged apartments in the multi-story buildings No. 21 in "Kurvchi" neighborhood attached to Yakkasaray district.
Strong explosion in Sergeli district
On the night of September 28, a strong explosion and fire occurred in the warehouse belonging to Inter Logistics LLC in the "Kurvukmir" branch of the Sergeli district of Tashkent city. The total number of people injured in the accident was 163 people, one teenager died as a result of the accident. In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under Article 259 of the Criminal Code (violation of fire safety regulations), part 2, clauses "a" and "b".
According to the president's order, a government commission was formed to investigate the emergency incident, eliminate the losses and provide assistance to the victims. According to it, the commission will eliminate the damage caused to every house damaged by an emergency, including the facade parts, windows and frames of apartment buildings, multi-story buildings, and other buildings and structures that are in a state of disrepair. will take measures to provide financial assistance.
