Currently, there are about 42,000 multi-apartment houses in the republic, of which 30,795, or 73%, were built before 1991. 1032 of them require instrumental technical inspection, 223 are seismically weak buildings and structures.
Therefore, on the basis of renovation, there was a need to update the objects of the housing stock from an architectural, economic, social and ecological point of view.
