The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan, Dilshod Akhatov, presented his credentials to the Federal President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. According to "Dunyo" AA, the situation and prospects of multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany were discussed in the conversation held after this ceremony. The German leader noted with satisfaction that bilateral relations have accelerated in recent years and covered a wide range of areas of partnership, and the FRG expressed its interest in further expanding cooperation with Uzbekistan. He wished Frank-Walter Steinmeier success and prosperity to the leadership and people of Uzbekistan. At the end of the event, the military paid respect and raised the flag of Uzbekistan. Let's remind that Dilshod Akhatov took the place of Nabijon Kasimov, who headed the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Germany in 2017-2023.
