Ingredients:
1 kg mutton
0.5 kg sheep tail fat
4 onions
4 carrots
3 bell peppers
10 potatoes
5 tomatoes
Preparation:
First, place the mutton and tail fat in a cauldron with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, skim off the foam, then add the carrots, chopped onions, and finely chopped bell peppers. To prevent the potatoes from disintegrating during cooking, wrap them in cheesecloth before adding them to the cauldron. After the soup comes to a boil again, add the tomatoes (chopped into large chunks), bell peppers, and salt. Simmer the soup over low heat for 3 hours. Before serving, finely chop the sheep tail fat on a cutting board and stir it into the soup. Our delicious soup is ready!
