The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan noted the rejection of the protest actions taking place in the West with the burning of a holy book for all Muslims
Actions with the desecration of the Koran are offensive to the Muslims of the world and provoke an inter-religious conflict.
Sputnik Tajikistan was told this by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic.
"The desecration of the Holy Quran sows discord in society, provoking an inter-religious conflict," the Foreign Ministry stressed.
They also noted that the country's diplomatic mission condemns "any manifestation of intolerance, extremism and terrorism, hostility, war and conflicts."
"We always stand for a constructive dialogue of civilizations," the ministry concluded.
Earlier, Danish nationalists burned two Korans in one day. Actions of the radical organization "Danish Patriots" took place near the embassies of Egypt and Turkey in Copenhagen.
Prior to this, members of the same group twice burned the holy book in front of the Iraqi diplomatic mission, and also desecrated the state flag of the republic.

Recall that the Swedish police allowed a protest action with the burning of the Koran at the main mosque in Stockholm on June 28 - the first day of Eid al-Adha.
On the same day, the action took place: a migrant - presumably a native of Iraq - tore out pages from the Koran, wiped his shoes with them, then put bacon in the book and set it on fire. About 200 people were watching, according to media reports, some shouting "God is great!" in Arabic in protest, one was detained by the police after trying to throw a stone at an "actionist".
Thus, the action was condemned by Algeria, Afghanistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Uzbekistan, as well as Secretary General of the League of Arab States (LAS) Ahmed Abul Gheit and Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Jassim al-Budaive .
