The Ministry of Emergency Situations appealed to the population in connection with the weather conditions observed in some regions of the republic.

Report informs that rainy weather currently observed in a number of mountainous and foothill regions will last until noon on July 5, with precipitation at times becoming intense.

“Given this, as well as the danger of mudflows and floods, which can cause intense rains on some mountain rivers, the Ministry of Emergency Situations urges citizens living in these areas, as well as vacationers, to observe the relevant safety rules. Thus, to protect against mudflows and floods, it is recommended to keep away from areas prone to these elements, and when faced with such a danger, it is recommended to immediately climb to the nearest height.

In case of danger, it is recommended to contact the hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "112", - the department notes.
