Since the beginning of the conscription campaign in Tajikistan, a large proportion of young people have already gone to military service in the Armed Forces in some regions
Cities and regions of Tajikistan reported on the progress of recruiting recruits into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the republic.
Thus, despite the fact that only 10 days have passed since the start of the campaign, the authorities of 15 settlements have already reported on the full implementation of the conscription plan.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the plan was implemented by the Rasht, Sangvor, Lakhsh, Nurabad, and Tajikabad districts.
“Thus, the implementation of the autumn recruitment plan for 2023 in the subordinate cities and regions of the republic within 10 days is 65%,” the message says.
In the Khatlon region, more than 60% of recruits went to fulfill their duty; in the same period in 2022, this figure was 54%.
In the first 10 days, the implementation of the autumn conscription plan in the Sughd region is 43%, which, according to the Ministry of Defense of Tajikistan, is also higher compared to the results of last year.
During this period, 45% of what was planned was completed in Dushanbe.
