Health Minister Amrillo Inoyatov signed an order” 'on the right of the rules for the maintenance, accounting and issuance of Tramadol Medicine in medical institutions and pharmacies', as well as an order to find additions and amendments to it invalid. Document text "Lex.uz" legislative information was uploaded to the national base.

According to the document, on October 27, 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution 878, which amended the “procedure for the import, removal and transit of Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and precursors into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the improvement of control over their circulation” Resolution No. 330 of November 12, 2015. The same order was signed in order to ensure the execution and compliance of the same law.

The new law eliminated the three departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by the minister of Health. These are:

Order No. 635 of December 14, 2000 “on the rules for the storage, accounting and issuance of Tramadol drug in medical institutions and pharmacies;

Order No. 104 of August 3, 2017 “on amendments to the order”on the rules for the maintenance, accounting and issuance of Tramadol drug in pharmacies and medical institutions”.

But according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2018, Tramadol is included in the list of drugs with limited circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the illegal treatment of which causes liability in the appropriate order.

The Act states that Tramadol is asked to fulfill a number of requirements, including having a special certificate, for the use of the tool for medical purposes, in particular, for the provision of a certain marginal amount to patients with cancer.
