The Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ambassador of Iran discussed topical issues of bilateral relations

Minister of Economy and Trade of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kyrgyz Republic Said Kharazi on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the meeting, the parties summed up the results of 3 years of joint work, discussed topical issues, the current state and future of Kyrgyz-Iranian bilateral relations.

The parties noted that good conditions have been prepared for further development and intensification of cooperation, including agreements reached today on the creation of the Kyrgyz-Iranian Development Fund, opportunities have been created for establishing cooperation in medicine, transport, logistics, energy and other areas, and the foundations for cooperation between regions have been laid. two countries.

The Ambassador also congratulated Amangeldiyev on his appointment as co-chairman of the Kyrgyz-Iranian intergovernmental commission, noting the very important role of the commission in the interaction of trade and economic cooperation.

The Minister expressed gratitude to Mr. Ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of relations between Kyrgyzstan and Iran, strengthening of comprehensive ties between the countries, noted the fruitful work of Kharazi as Ambassador of Iran to the Kyrgyz Republic and wished him success in his future activities.
