On July 5, as part of a working trip to the Aini region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, visited an exhibition of agricultural products in the village of Urmetan and had a sincere conversation with farmers and residents.

Farmers of the Aini region exhibited labor achievements, including dried fruits, honey, various types of grain, annually harvested from the fertile land plots at their disposal.

Bakery products and national dishes were presented in one corner of the exhibition.

There are 1,360 dehkan farms in the Ayni district, farmers with targeted use of land, along with providing the local market with fresh products, make a significant contribution to providing residents of the surrounding areas with their own products.

The Aini region has a favorable climate for growing and producing high-quality potatoes of the Tajik variety, and its sown areas are expanding every year.

This year, the workers of the region are also leaders in this direction and are responsible for providing the regional market and producing quality products. Ayni district is an agrarian zone, the contribution of its dehkans to ensuring the country's food security and the production of high-quality environmentally friendly products is effective.

The head of state, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, was informed that this year, agricultural producers of the Ayni region, using favorable weather and available opportunities, have significantly increased the area under crops of various crops, 605 hectares have been sown with potatoes, 67 hectares with vegetables and 465 hectares with cereals, as a result of good care and compliance with agrotechnical rules also received the desired yield.

Until now, farmers of the region have carried out re-sowing on 41 hectares, at present the crop is growing well.

The leader of the nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, during a conversation with the workers, emphasized that agricultural producers should be more responsible than before, be well aware of the efficient use of land and make their worthy contribution to ensuring the country's food security, receiving a bountiful harvest.
