The ICC requested an arrest warrant for Yahya Sinvar and Benjamin Netanyahu

The International Criminal Court is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes and crimes against humanity in connection with the October 7 attacks on Israel and the subsequent Gaza war.

The JFS also said it wanted to issue arrest warrants for two other senior Hamas leaders, the head of the Al-Qasim Brigades, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, also known as Mohammed Deif, and Hamas political leader Ismail He, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
