The high stage could take Dima Bilan’s concert to court
Some spectators were dissatisfied with Dima Bilan’s “Tvoy №1” concert, held at Moscow’s VTB Arena on July 31. The reason was the 6-meter-high stage, which prevented some fans in the fan zone from seeing the singer properly.
According to the Russian Consumers Union, spectators were not informed in advance when purchasing tickets that their view could be obstructed. As a result, fans may demand a full or partial refund from the organizers, as well as compensation for moral damages.
If the organizers reject their claims, spectators have the right to take the matter to court. Ticket prices ranged from 3,000 to 15,000 rubles.
