The head of the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan called for strengthening security in the OSCE region

Sirojiddin Mukhriddin spoke at the Forum of Foreign Ministers of Central Asian Countries and the Secretary General of the Organization in Ashgabat

Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Mukhriddin spoke at the Forum of Foreign Ministers of Central Asian Countries and the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

This was reported by the press service of the Republic's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is noted that during his speech, Sirojiddin Mukhriddin conveyed to the forum participants Tajikistan’s position on cooperation within the three dimensions of the OSCE - military-political, economic-environmental and human.

In addition, he emphasized the need to take joint measures to strengthen security in the OSCE region, the ministry added.

Central Asia continues to cooperate on security and climate issues

Let us recall that this month Sirojiddin Mukhriddin spoke at a meeting of the foreign ministers of Central Asia and the European Union, where the ministers discussed the level of current regional cooperation and its prospects.
