The guard-patrol service of the National Guard is established

The draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On the organization of the guard-patrol service of the General Directorate of National Guard Guard" was announced.

It is noted in the document that the adoption of the relevant regulatory legal document in order to ensure rapid impact on the emerging criminogenic and social situation, to ensure public safety, to prevent crimes and to attract additional forces and tools to the work of local state authorities the need arose.

The draft resolution envisages the establishment of the security patrol service of the Main Directorate of National Guard Security in the designated areas based on voluntary contracts with state and economic management bodies, local government authorities and other organizations, business entities, as well as individuals and legal entities.

It is noted that the project regulates the activities of the guard-patrol service of the General Directorate of the National Guard, the organization of the service of cadets and their main duties, functions, rights, obligations and responsibilities.

The guard-patrol service maintains public order in the territory specified in the concluded contracts, ensures public safety and guards relevant facilities in this territory.
