The girl who was deceived by a fraudulent fiancé and lost her home has had her property returned

In the court hearing concluded yesterday regarding the fraudulent fiancé case, the young man was sentenced to 9 years in prison, and the purchase agreement for the house was declared invalid.

According to the court’s decision, the property has been returned to its rightful owner. An investigation has also been launched into the actions of Sanjar Karimov.

As a reminder, Tashkent resident Jamila Olimboyeva’s former boyfriend, Shahzod Rismatov, deceived her and her family by transferring their house into blogger Sanjar Karimov’s name and taking a loan from him in return. As a result, Olimboyeva’s family lost their home. Sanjar Karimov claimed that he had legally purchased the house for 240,000 dollars and had paid the money in cash to the owners. The young man fled after leaving the girl homeless and was detained in the UAE on April 30, 2025.
