Senators will discuss amendments aimed at improving pharmaceutical activity and land legislation, additions to the Codes of Criminal and Administrative Responsibility, as well as the Law "On the Status of Teachers" and others.
On September 27 of this year, the next meeting of the Senate Council of the Oliy Majlis was held under the leadership of Senate Chairman Tanzila Narbayeva.
At the meeting, a decision was made to convene the forty-fifth plenary session of the Senate on September 29, 2023.
As mentioned, it is planned to discuss a number of issues at the plenary session, which will be held using the video conference system.
"On the status of a pedagogue", "On making additions and amendments to some legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of pharmaceutical activities", "In relation to the improvement of land legislation" with "On amendments and additions to some legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Metrology" in connection with the involvement of the private sector in the field of comparison of measuring instruments Laws "On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan" among them.
Also, in the plenary meeting, "in connection with the establishment of additional measures to ensure legality in the system of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to introduce additional and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Prosecutor's Office" "On" and "On making changes to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the formation of an integrated system of the executive authorities of the Republic" will be discussed.
In addition, the senators consider the issues of electing the deputy human rights representative (ombudsman) of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and approving the decisions of the Senate Council.
