The first five-star hotel in Uzbekistan is for sale

The State Asset Management Agency has announced that the privatization of the 100 percent state share of the International Hotel in Tashkent has begun.

The hotel includes 232 rooms, 7 conference halls, 2 restaurants, bars, a summer terrace, a fitness club and a swimming pool. There are 44,903 square meters of buildings and structures on a total area of ​​3 hectares.

According to the President's decision, state shares in 7 large companies, including Inter Hotel LLC, will be publicly auctioned on the international market by the end of 2025, involving professional consultants.
