The beginning of the academic year at Mirzo Ulugbek Secondary School No. 1, which was opened by President of Azerbaijan Ilhom Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife Ziroatkhan Mirziyoyeva in Fuzuli in lectures. it was emphasized that it has a symbolic meaning that shows brotherhood. On the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the school built in Fuzuli as a gift on behalf of the people of Uzbekistan is designed for 960 students. Construction works started last year were carried out in high quality. The school building is built on an area of three hectares and consists of two floors and a basement. The school has 40 classrooms, 6 laboratories, 2 computer rooms, 5 functional classrooms, a 500-seat meeting hall, a sports hall, a 320-seat dining room and a library. A soccer field, special places for recreation and events, running tracks, a porch, a control point, a boiler room, water facilities, and an electricity transmission network were built on the school territory. In the new academic year, 160 students will study in 11 classes of the school, the teaching staff consists of 15 teachers.
