"Legal information" channel on Telegram reports that some normative legal documents have been amended by presidential decree.

Accordingly:

From January 1, 2024, the procedure for exemption from mandatory conformity assessment of products imported from certain countries will be canceled;
From January 1, 2024, the procedure for marking imported goods in the state language will be changed;
From January 1, 2025, the fee for customs clearance in the amount of 1.2% of the customs value for the import of drugs and medical products will be canceled.
Proposals will also be developed that provide for the following:

on the automation (digitization) of the process of issuing a license for the import of goods until October 1, 2023;
Adaptation of the subsidy system for compensation of transport costs to the requirements of the World Trade Organization until January 1, 2024;
Until November 1, 2023, the rates of customs fees collected for the registration of goods under the customs regimes of "export" and "import" will be unified in accordance with the requirements of the World Trade Organization.
At the beginning of June, by order of the Minister of Health, the regulation on the procedure for conducting clinical trials of pharmacological or medicinal products was approved. Also, from May 1, 2023, it was announced that the system of returning the excess money to the consumer will be launched if it is determined that funds have been received for drugs and medical supplies sold in pharmacies in excess of the specified allowances.
