Tajikistan and the European Union have entered into a financial agreement on "Education and technical/vocational training and the Employment Budget Support Program".

The document was signed last Wednesday in Dushanbe by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Fayziddin Kakhhorzoda and the head of the representative office, the EU Ambassador to the Republic of Tatarstan Raimundas Karoblis.

Among the countries of Central Asia, the rating also includes Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, which are among the 30 countries with the most transparent budgets.
