The Era of Flying Cars Has Begun

Things we once saw only in movies are gradually becoming reality. One of such innovative projects is the AirCar — a unique vehicle that combines a car and an airplane. It has been developed by the Slovak company Klein Vision.

The AirCar can travel on roads like a regular car, but when needed, it can extend its wings in a short time and transform into an aircraft capable of flight.

From a technical perspective, this flying car is equipped with a 1.6-liter engine and runs on regular fuel. Its airspeed reaches approximately 190–200 km/h, and its flight range is up to 1,000 km per trip. However, it does not take off vertically, meaning it requires a runway like a conventional airplane.

Currently, the AirCar has successfully passed official tests, and it is expected to enter the market in the coming years. Its estimated price is around $800,000.
