The construction of large industrial facilities in Turkmenistan is at the final stage

The construction of cement production plants in the Bakharden and Koytendag regions is at its final stage. Both enterprises, with a capacity of 1 million tons of cement per year each, are expected to become a catalyst for the growth of the Turkmen construction industry, the country's official press reports.
The construction of the 2nd stage of enterprises in these areas began in 2020 as part of the corresponding program for the construction of industrial facilities in the country for the period 2020-2023.
At the same time, it is planned to build an enterprise for the production of decorative ceramic tiles and sanitary ware in the Bakharden district, additional workshops for the glass industry with a capacity of 100 tons of products per day in the Geokdepe region, an enterprise for the production of tableware in the city of Dashoguz, as well as additional workshops for the production of 150 tons of fittings per year.
It is noted that all of the above facilities, which will be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Materials, will comply with all environmental safety standards.
