The Competition Committee initiated a case against "Korzinka"

Advertising information distributed by "Korzinka" in various ways includes "The cheapest price for daily purchases", "The cheapest price - in the Basket", "...Come to the most productive!" A case was initiated against "Korzinka" for using misleading phrases in its advertisement. It has been observed that the prices of the products declared as "lowest price" in the basket do not differ from the prices in other supermarkets and farmers' markets.

Proceedings have been initiated against "Korzinka" in accordance with the established procedure regarding the signs of violation of the requirements of the first part of Article 16 of the Law "On Advertising" and the first part of Article 6 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" fired.
