Rustam Nabiyev lost both legs in a 2015 military barracks collapse in Omsk. Despite this, he continued to engage in sports and mountaineering, conquering several famous peaks. He climbed Everest on May 20, overcoming glaciers and dangerous terrain at an altitude of 8,400 meters during a week-long journey using his hands.
