On July 4, in Fergana, a 33-year-old driver violated the traffic rules, quarreled with the internal affairs officers, and the officers took him away with an electric shocker. The citizen was taken out of there unconscious and put in intensive care. The citizen is still in the intensive care unit.
It was found out that the driver had a serious brain surgery in 2022 as a result of a car accident. Currently, the study of the situation is being conducted.
