The channel called “We Torture the Dog” has angered the public

A channel called “We Torture the Dog” has appeared on social networks. The first video posted on it shows unknown persons throwing a puppy into a strong river. 
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region. The further fate of the puppy is still unknown. Social network users are demanding to identify the persons involved in the incident and bring them to legal responsibility.
