The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia highly appreciated the transport and logistics potential of Turkmenistan

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia Muhammetgeldi Ayazov met with Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia Andranik Aleksanyan, the website of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
Aleksanyan noted the huge transport and transit potential of Turkmenistan and the opportunities for its full implementation. He urged to use the available reserves for Armenian trucks and asked the Turkmen side to assist in the search for cargo carriers from Turkmenistan, business partners for direct cooperation.
Informing the guest about the international initiatives of Turkmenistan in the field of transport and logistics, Ayazov spoke about the international conference and exhibition "International transport and transit corridors: interconnectedness and development - 2023" held in Ashgabat, which provided a platform for experts in the field of transport and logistics to discuss further interaction with taking into account current realities and trends.
The interlocutors expressed confidence that the strengthening of cooperation in the transport and transit sector will contribute to the development of interaction between the business circles of both countries.
